Haute Design Studio is a full-service interior design firm. We provide complete project management, from start through completion, to create peace of mind for all of our clients. Often, our expertise will help extend your design budget. We create unique, functional spaces which will complement your lifestyle. Our services include: assistance in consulting with architects and builders; space planning; furniture planning; and selection of high-quality home furnishings. We specialize in custom-made pieces, window treatments, wall and floor treatments, accessories, art selection, and color consultation. In addition, we offer Green Design to all of our clients, in Orange County and throughout Southern California.

Shala Shamardi, Interior Designer
Award-winning designer Shala Shamardi has resided in Newport Beach, California for over 30 years. She has worked in the interior design field since 1987. An avid international traveler, she is known for her innate design ability. She draws from a rich palette of design styles, to create distinctive, tasteful spaces.
Shala has a B.A. degree. Her love of design lead her to pursue an additional degree from the Interior Designer Institute, a FIDER-accredited design school in Newport Beach, with high honors in all fields of study.
Among her many achievements, Shala is a four-time participant in the Philharmonic House of Design. She has received national attention for her design talents, and has appeared on the HGTV television series Flip or Flop. Shala was the featured designer in the March 2015 issue of Newport Beach Magazine, and she also appeared in Design Orange County, an ASID CA Orange County Chapter.
Shala's work has been published in numerous publications, including Orange Coast Magazine, Orange County Home magazine, The Orange County Register, Coast Magazine, Newport Beach Magazine, Henry Schein Magazine, and Riviera. In recognition of her high design standards, Shala recently received several Awards of Excellence from the American Society of Interior Designers:

Shala is an Allied Member of American Society of Interior Design (ASID), and is an Associate Member of International Interior Design Association (IIDA). As ASID chairperson from 2008-2013, she was involved in many leadership roles.
